Alessandro is the founder of Advbeca Ltd with over 20 years of distinctive cross functional experience in advisory services, capital markets and private equity. Alessandro started his career in Milan working for Arthur Andersen and E&Y. Alessandro moved to London in 2005 where he has worked in finance roles in Merrill Lynch followed by directorship roles in change management and front offices roles in RBS until 2015.
Alessandro owns a blend of functional skills, and he has delivered initiatives spanning from the set-up of family offices to leading SMEs at interim as Chief Restructurer or Adviser in order to completed complex turnarounds. Alessandro is specialised in working with SMEs and driving complex private equity deals with professional and institutional investors. Experienced board member of several private companies located in the EU. He Holds a degree in Economics with specialisation in business administration from the Catholic University of the Sacred Heart in Milan and reads an Executive MBA from London Business School.
