Carla is a dynamic, enterprising professional—highly creative and determined to achieve results. She earned a BA in Languages for International Communication from the University of Catania in 2015, complementing her studies in English and Spanish with coursework in marketing communications. In 2016 she joined a four-star hotel in central Catania through a regional programme, strengthening her English, client relations, contract administration, and call/email handling. Since 2016 she has worked as an event planner at “La Duca Viaggi,” applying her creativity, problem-solving, and customer-service skills. She is adaptable and an effective team player, approaching her work with professionalism and resolve. Since 2022 she has continued in the hospitality sector, managing communications with suppliers, contractors, and internal staff while supporting administrative operations.
